This so sounds like a guy I used to work with. Not to mention it's something he would have done in a heartbeat. Now that I think of it. He did mention doing that when we upgraded all the computers in the GP telus building to new Dells. Now I'm really wondering.

A friend of mine sent me over this link to see how much of a Geek I am. I took the test and it said that I was a well balanced individual. But the test is flawed in my opinion. I seriously contend the answers to #15 and #16. Any of you older people out there that remember the original BSG series will know what I mean. Also there is no major difference between 1080p and 1080i They both display the exact same image quality, it's just that 1080p (progressive, not the insurance) displays the entire 1080 lines of a picture in 1 pass as opposed to the 1080i (interlaced) which displays lines 1,3,5,7 ETC and then goes back to do lines 2,4,6,8. So guess what! Even though I can't speak Klingon, or write my name in Elvish I AM AN UBER GEEK!!!!!!!!

Yes, it's April Fools day. Luckily the only joke played on me was by that B!%@# Lady Luck. Driving my truck down the road, and a tire blows. Now we just recently moved so in haste I placed one of the grey plastic tubs into the back of the truck thinking it was the tools for the truck. Turns out my luck stikes again. (If it wasn't for bad luck I would have none) Nope, you sure can't change a tire on a truck with a bunch of kids toys!! At least my son now knows where all his toys are!!

Now, I get to walk for 45 minutes each way. Go home, find my jack, walk back. Hope everything still works as I have never had to use the jack, tire iron, or the spare tire crane in the 7 years we've owned our truck. Atleast that part of things went smooth.

The morral of the story? Make damn sure your toolbox isn't the "Elmo's Workbench"!!!
